Not every great photoshoot happens at sunset
This family was staying at a hotel right on Silver Beach — and instead of travelling across the island to catch a western sunset, we made a different decision. An early morning session while the beach was completely empty, the light was soft and the kids were fresh and full of energy
It turned out to be one of the best decisions possible
If your hotel is in Chaweng or Lamai, a sunrise session on your doorstep is often a better choice than chasing sunset on the other side of the island. Less travel, better light and a completely private beach
