Photoshoot Policy
Everything you need to know before your photoshoot in Koh Samui
- Duration: The base session is 1 hour. I work to achieve the best result rather than strictly by the clock
- Guidance: I gently guide you with posing throughout the session so everything looks natural and comfortable
- Confirmation: Your photoshoot is confirmed once the date and time are reserved in my schedule
- Payment: Full payment is settled on the day of the photoshoot after the session
- International Transfers: If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please allow 3–5 business days for the transfer to arrive. Your edited photos will be delivered once the payment is fully received
- No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show, a prepayment will be required for any future bookings to secure your slot
- The Gallery: You will receive 100+ carefully selected and professionally edited photos from your session
- Editing Style: All images include natural color correction and light skin retouching. My style is clean and timeless — body shape is not altered, and tattoos are not removed
- Fixed End Time: The end time remains fixed (especially for sunset sessions) due to natural light conditions. Late arrival does not extend the session duration or change the price
- Photo Count: The number of photos delivered depends on the actual shooting time. For example, a delay may result in a reduced gallery (approximately 70+ photos instead of the standard 100+)
- Standard Sessions: Your photos will be ready within 3–5 days
- Wedding Photography: Your gallery will be ready within 5–7 days
- Access: Photos are delivered via a private online gallery, ready for easy viewing and high-resolution download on any device
- Express Edit: 10 edited photos delivered on the same day — 1,000 THB
- Next-Day Delivery: Full gallery delivered within 24 hours — 2,000 THB
- RAW / Unedited Files: To maintain quality and consistency, unedited files are not included in the standard package. A lightly selected full gallery of unedited images can be provided upon request — 2,000 THB
- Detailed Retouching & Style Changes: The base package includes editing strictly in my signature style. Any requests for style changes, detailed skin retouching, background cleanup, or re-editing of finished photos are available for 100 THB per photo
Photos may be used for my portfolio, website, and social media. If you prefer your photos not to be published, please let me know before the session:
- Standard Shoots: The session takes place strictly within the originally booked 1 hour. Any additional buffer time or extensions are only available for sessions that can be included in my portfolio
- Weddings: A 30% surcharge applies as wedding photos are an essential part of my portfolio
- Booking Confirmation: By booking a session, you confirm that you are familiar with my photography and editing style
