Photoshoot Policy
Everything you need to know before your photoshoot in Koh Samui
- Duration: The base session is 1 hour. I work to achieve the best result rather than strictly by the clock
- Guidance: I gently guide you with posing throughout the session so everything looks natural and comfortable
- Confirmation: Your photoshoot is confirmed once the date and time are reserved in my schedule
- Payment: Full payment is due on the day of the photoshoot after the session
- International Transfers: If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please allow 3–5 business days for the transfer to arrive. Your edited photos will be delivered once the payment is fully received
- No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show, a prepayment will be required for any future bookings to secure your slot
- The Gallery: A full 1-hour session generally includes 100 or more carefully selected and professionally edited photos. The final number may vary depending on the actual shooting time, weather conditions, location, number of participants, children’s cooperation, outfit changes, and other circumstances during the session
- Editing Included: All selected images receive my signature color correction, light and contrast adjustments, cropping, and light natural skin retouching where needed
- Natural Appearance: My editing style is clean, natural, and timeless. The standard package does not include changes to body shape, facial features, weight, hair, clothing, tattoos, background replacement, removal of large objects, or other detailed alterations
- Image Selection: The final selection is made by the photographer. Test shots, accidental frames, technically unsuccessful images, and other unusable photographs are not included or delivered separately. Similar images and alternative moments may remain in the final gallery when they contribute to the story of the session
- Final Gallery: The delivered gallery is final and represents my signature editing style and creative vision. By booking a photoshoot, you confirm that you have reviewed my portfolio and are familiar with my photography and editing style
- References: Reference images may be used to communicate the desired mood or direction, but an exact recreation of another photographer’s poses, lighting, colors, location, or editing style cannot be guaranteed
- Fixed End Time: The end time remains fixed (especially for sunset sessions) due to natural light conditions. Late arrival does not extend the session duration or change the price
- Photo Count: The standard delivery of 100 or more edited photos applies to a full 1-hour session. The final number depends on the actual shooting time and circumstances during the session. Late arrival will result in a reduced gallery, and no minimum number of photographs can be guaranteed when the session is shortened
- Standard Sessions: Your photos will be ready within 3–5 days
- Wedding Photography: Your gallery will be ready within 5–7 days
- Access: Photos are delivered via a private online gallery, ready for easy viewing and high-resolution download on any device
- Gallery Availability: Your online gallery will remain available for 30 days. Please download and back up all photographs before the gallery expires
- Additional Requests: Any requests regarding editing issues or additional retouching must be submitted within 7 days after the gallery is delivered. Any clear technical error made during the editing process will be corrected free of charge. Subjective preferences, appearance changes, and requests for additional retouching are charged separately
- Express Edit: 10 edited photos delivered on the same day — 1,000 THB
- Next-Day Delivery: Full edited gallery delivered within 24 hours — 2,000 THB
- Selected Unedited JPEG Files: A selection of usable unedited images from the session can be provided upon request — 2,000 THB. The files are reviewed to remove test shots, accidental frames, and technically unsuccessful images. Similar photographs and duplicates are not automatically removed. The selected files are converted from the original camera format, exported as full-resolution JPEG images at maximum available quality, and uploaded to a separate private online gallery. The number of available files depends on the individual session and is not guaranteed in advance. As this service requires additional time for reviewing, exporting, uploading, and gallery preparation, its delivery time may differ from that of the edited gallery
- Original Camera Files: Original RAW camera files are not provided. The unedited JPEG images do not include color correction, cropping, retouching, or other adjustments and may differ significantly in brightness, color, contrast, and overall appearance from the finished gallery
- Detailed Retouching: Detailed skin retouching, body or facial adjustments, hair or clothing corrections, background cleanup, removal of objects, and other individual changes are available for 300 THB per photo
- Complex Editing: Advanced background changes, replacing or moving people or objects, combining several photographs, and other complex edits are quoted individually depending on the request
- Style Changes: Requests to completely change my signature color correction, imitate another photographer’s processing, or reproduce third-party filters are not included in the service and may be declined
- Approval and Payment: Before any additional editing begins, the client must select the specific photographs and clearly describe the requested changes. I will confirm whether the requested edits are possible and provide the final price and estimated delivery time. Additional editing begins after full payment
- Revisions: One round of minor adjustments within the originally agreed request is included. New or additional requests are charged separately
- Editing Limitations: Some changes may not be technically possible or may reduce the natural appearance and quality of the image. I reserve the right to decline edits that cannot be completed to a professional standard or do not align with my photography style
By booking a photoshoot, you agree that selected photographs from the session may be used in my professional portfolio, including my website and social media
- Private Session: If you prefer to keep your entire session completely private, with no photographs published or used in my portfolio, a 30% privacy surcharge applies to the total session fee. This option must be requested before the photoshoot
- Privacy: With the private session option, photographs from your session will not be published on my website, social media, or used in my professional portfolio
- Third-Party Editing: To preserve the integrity of my work, please avoid applying filters, changing the colors, or otherwise editing the finished photographs. If a significantly altered version is published, please do not identify or tag me as the photographer of that edited version
- Booking Confirmation: By booking a session, you confirm that you are familiar with my photography and editing style
